Navalprogetti attended the Hydrogen Expo 2022, that took place from June 8th to 10th, 2022 at the Piacenza Expo, within the PGE – PIPELINE & GAS EXPO fair.
Hydrogen Expo is the first Italian exhibition-convention entirely dedicated to the technological sector for the development of the hydrogen supply chain.
Navalprogetti had the opportunity to present the newborn sHYpS project together with CEnergy and Ricardo, partners in the EU Consortium, at the Piacenza Expo. The will to achieve zero-emission navigation through the usage of PEMFC is engaging many partners and, the ambitious goal to reduce 50% of total GHG emissions by 2050 aroused the visitors’ curiosity about the feasibility. Many visitors stopped at the stand to learn more about the project: professors, students, suppliers, entrepreneurs… The detail that impressed the most was the will to integrate the hydrogen in its liquid form and how the design considered such low temperatures.
